Deactivates an accounting number on the organization's chart of accounts so it can no longer be used to categorise new expenses. The operation is a soft delete — the account is marked inactive rather than removed from the database. Cannot be used when the organization's accounting numbers are synced from an external system (returns 403 in that case).
