Sets an expense report's lifecycle status to the value in the {status} path segment — used by admin tools and integrations to push reports between states (e.g. marking as SENT after a payroll export).

Target lifecycle status. Resolved case-insensitively against LifeCycleStatus enum values (e.g. SENT, PAID, REJECTED).
